Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with JIC / AN fittings. Porsche 911 EFI upgrade
Fits:
Porsche 911 - 1974 to 1983 (CIS to EFI upgrade)
This is the Motorsport/Custom version of our fuel pressure regulator that uses AN6 JIC fittings and plugs to suit aftermarket fuel lines and fuel rail configurations when converting from CIS to EFI, or removing the later model fuel injection systems for an alternative custom setup.
Our adjustable fuel pressure regulator uses the latest Bosch regulators and is adjustable from 2.0 to 5.0 Bar pressures. This simple and elegant design uses O-Ring boss sealing adapters to the manifold with multiple options for hose connections. Ultimate hose layout flexibility is achieved through multiple port orientations and options so this allows for standard 3.2, 964, or 993 fuel hose configurations, or, for dead head configurations where there is a single feed line to each fuel rail and no return line from the rail, only this regulator.
Easy to replace regulator with Bosch OEM reliability
3 outlet ports for flexible hose, fitting, gauge, sensor port options - now or for the future
This kit is perfect for any EFI conversion on any of the air cooled 6 cylinder engines. These can be combined with our fuel rails that fit to either our 2 bolt adapters, or the 964/993 intake stacks
The Bosch regulator is rated to a maximum fuel flow of 200lpm. The adjustable pressure regulator flows more, but we have not yet measured its upper limits, but it has been proven to work with a Bosch 044 fuel pump.
Kit Includes:
Mounting bracket to breather cover x 1
Applications
Any custom hose solution with AN/JIC Fittings for any vehicle with custom hosing and mounting.
Any 911 2.7/3.0 when removing the CIS and installing your own EFI solution.

The dual sensor unit, no pulley is for people who might be upgrading from another crank sensor kit, and have a trigger installed. So long as the trigger wheel diameter is between 127mm and 132mm in diameter, then our kit can most likely be used with the existing trigger wheel.
Dual sensor
Trigger every 720 degrees (compression stroke)
36 tooth trigger wheel
Dual sensor – This unit has the same sensor as the in the body as the single sensor, but a second sensor that points at the trigger disc mounted to the Adapt Motorsport crank pulley. As standard, this is a 36-1 pulley, meaning that it has 36 teeth, minus 1 missing tooth. This allows the ECU to know what the crankshaft position is at all times and in combination with the internal sensor, whether it is on the compression or exhaust stroke in its 720 degree cycle. This system provides a complete engine position sensing kit. If you have an existing 36t trigger disc, it is possible to use our sensor kit on this, provided that the teeth are designed for a hall sensor, and not a magnetic sensor, and the outside diameter of the teeth is between 127 and
130mm. Please contact us for clarification
Why do you need this system and what are crankshaft/camshaft position sensors?
When converting classic Porsches to modern electronic fuel injection, the engine control unit (ECU) needs to know exactly where the crankshaft and camshafts are in there 4 stroke cycle and how fast they are spinning. This allows the ECU to correctly time each spark and fuel injector opening time and duration. The first sensor is pointed at the crankshaft pulley and measures a pulse for every tooth. There is one missing tooth and from this the ECU can work out what the crankshaft position is relative to this missing tooth. The time between pulses gives the engine speed and rate of change.
But there is a problem, the engine spins two complete revolutions to complete its 4 stroke cycle. So whilst with this one sensor, the ECU knows where it is relative to top dead centre (TDC), it does not know if it is on the compression or exhaust stroke. This is where the second reference sensor comes in. This sensor is installed in the body our module, and measures a single tooth. As this is installed in the distributor hole, this is geared to run at half engine speed, so will produce a pulse once every 720 degrees. With these two sensors, the ECU knows the exact position the engine is in its 4 stroke cycle. And now, we can run accurate sequential injection and ignition.
Our kit uses high speed digital hall effect sensors for a digital output to the engine control unit, these are best run at 8V, most modern ECU's have an 8V output dedicated for crankshaft sensors.
Machined aluminium housing and anodised finish, complete with maintenance free bronze bush and sealed for life roller bearing. These sensors are quite adjustable so are often able to be used with existing crank pully and trigger wheel setups from other quality vendors.

Porsche 964 Turbo 1990-93*
Adding solid or semi-solid motor mounts is a very popular upgrade for any 911 that is driven the way it was intended to be. Unfortunately the factory mild steel engine carrier is very weak and flexable, defeating the purpose of upgraded mounts. Rennline's RSR Style stainless steel engine carrier eliminates that flex due to its upper and lower horizontal flanges replicating those on the factory RSR race cars. Additionally, the Rennline mount incorporates gusseted mounting points built to withstand extreme horsepower and race abuse. This engine mount is by far the strongest engine brace on the market today.
* 964 Turbo's will require aftermarket or RS engine mounts with m12x1.5 threaded bolt.

Our fuel pressure regulator uses the latest Bosch regulators and is available in 3.0, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.0 Bar pressures.
- AN 6 fitting kit - Bosch fixed pressure regulator
- Our flexible option uses JIC AN6 fittings, to allow for easy aftermarket lines to be made to suit your installation and hose layout.
- Fuel pressure regulator body x 1
- Bosch 3.8 bar fuel pressure regulator x 1
- AN6 JIC fittings x 4
- ORB Plugs x 2
- Mounting bracket to breather cover x 1
Applications
Any custom hose solution with AN/JIC Fittings for any vehicle with custom hosing and mounting.

Porsche 911 SC - 1978 to 1983
Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera - 1984 to 1989
These adapters are used to modify the 2.7ltr / 3.0ltr / 3.2ltr Porsche 911 2 bolt cylinder head engines to the later 964 / 993 3.6ltr intake manifolds when converting to EFI.
CNC machined on a 5 axis machine to our exacting tolerances and finish and anodised dark grey these are custom machined to match your port diameter and tapered to fit up to the 42mm inlet manifold port size.
The short adapor height maintains the overall height of the intake set, reducing the interference between the idle air control, the intake boot and the top of the engine bay insulation. The factory plastic 3 bolt 964 stacks are too tall, and adding an adapter spacer would make the manifolds not fit at all.
This design permits the use of the standard 964 fuel injectors and fuel rails so positions the injector over the same relief in the intake port for the original CIS injector, ensuring proper atomisation of the injector spray into the intake port.
Key Features:
Precision machined from high grade aluminium
Anodized finish
Fits all Bosch 14mm O-ring fuel injectors
Fuel rail spacers are marked for easy cutting to suit long, medium or short injector types.
Kit Includes:
6 x CNC aluminium adapters
4 x Spacer/Posts for fuel rail
4 x Bolts to suit standard full length Bosch injectors
12 x Nuts and washers

Oil backflow prevention kit.
Sold as a complete kit. 1 necessary per car.
This oil backflow kit incorporates a check valve between the oil tank and engine which prevents smoking on start up for 911 and 930 models from 1973-89.
The issue is due to the oil tank sitting higher than the engine oil pump. Gravity creates a positive pressure on the pump and slowly fills the engine case with time. Once the car is started, the cars smokes heavily
Our complete kit includes a model specific check valve with upgraded suction hoses and stainless-steel clamps ready for installation.

We have redesigned our alternator straps for a sleeker look and simpler install. On most older 911's, the cadmium-plated alternator housing strap looks worse for the wear - the plating has become dull or corroded. The factory alternator housing strap can't be replaced without removing the ignition distributor, which necessitates resetting the engine's timing. Rennline's new alternator housing strap solves both problems: the brushed stainless steel perforated strap can be left as is or painted the color of your choice, and its unique 3 piece design makes installation easy to accomplish without touching the distributor. Comes with stainless steel hardware.

The single sensor unit is for cars that already have a separate crankshaft sensor, either on the flywheel, or an existing crank pulley sensor
Fits:
Porsche 911 2.7 - 1974 to 1978 (CIS injection)
Porsche 911 SC 3.0ltr - 1978 to 1983
Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera - 1984 to 1989
Single sensor – This unit has a singe sensor inside the body that detects one single tooth. This shaft rotates at half engine speed, so this sensor picks up once every 720 degrees. This is used to tell the ECU when it is on the compression stroke. The single sensor version needs to be used in conjunction with an existing crank position sensor, either on the pulley, or on the flywheel as common on the 964/993 or cars that have had their flywheel machined for a sensor pickup
Why do you need this system and what is a crankshaft position sensor?
When converting classic Porsches to modern electronic fuel injection, the engine control unit (ECU) needs to know exactly where the crankshaft and camshaft is in its 4 stroke cycle and how fast they are spinning. This allows the ECU to correctly time each spark and fuel injector opening time and duration. A sensor is pointed at the crankshaft pulley or flywheel and measures a pulse for every tooth. There is one missing tooth and from this the ECU can work out what the crankshaft position is relative to this missing tooth. The time between pulses gives the engine speed and rate of change.
The 3.2 Carrera / 964 / 993 already have a sensor on the flywheel to measure crankshaft position so these engines only require one senor for camshaft positioning. This sensor is installed in the body our module, and measures a single tooth at the top of the drive shaft.
Sync 1 Sensor Kit Includes:
- Main body assembly
- ZF Hall effect sensors, single tooth for engine cycle sensing x 1
- Wiring and connectors, with pins and connectors for connecting to your wiring loom.
For use when you already have some other crankshaft position sensing either on the flywheel or pulley and just need to add an engine cycle/sync sensor to complete your sequential system.
This replacement kit fits to the OEM distributor location using your own factory distributor gear. Simply remove the factory distributor gear from your install the gear, wire to your ECU, fine tune the sensor air gap to the crank trigger disc, setup the reference position in the ECU and you have all the sensing you need for the latest sequential fuel and ignition systems. This kit works on the 964, 993 and with the turbo distributor gears.

Our Steel Spring Seats pocket the inner spring of our Aasco High Performance Valve Springs.
Our Valve Springs are designed and manufactured to specifically fit the envelope of a Porsche application not a spring from another use.
It operates a higher natural frequency than the original spring for racing and at the very least minimizes damage from over rev in track day situations.
Please note
993 - must use 8mm Ti retainers and Aasco Seats
