This pristine technology with Knife-edged butterflies has improved inlet airflow and performance significantly. With the individual Throttle blades very close to the inlet valves, the engine and Throttle response are vastly improved. Along with this, we have also found an impressive increase in Horsepower, Torque, Driveability, and an incredible mechanical soundtrack.

Installation Packages are suitable for Porsche 911 SC - 3.0L engines (Model Years 1974-1985).

Throttle Bodies come fully assembled and ready to bolt directly to the Cylinder Heads, with the following parts included:
• Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminium "Shaft-less" Individual Throttle Bodies.
• Aluminium Inlets/Extensions are suitable for duck or whale tail models.
• Aluminium Ram Pipes.
• Throttle Position Sensors (TPS) Mounting Kits.
• Billet Aluminium Fuel Rails.
• Thermal Insulation Gaskets.
• Throttle Linkage System which connects directly to the existing OEM cable pick-ups.
• Available in 18 anodised colour options.
• Available with 39mm Inlet Ports.
Installation Kit:
• ECU including base map package - Comes complete with full electrical engine harness, Coil pack, HT leads, engine sensors, hardware and software.
• Trigger Wheel & Fan Pulley assembly, including sensor mounting bracket and Distributor blanking plug.
• Fuelling System - Includes Fuel Injectors, Fuel pressure regulator with gauge, Fuel Lines, fittings and hoses to interface with existing fuel system
• Vacuum System - Includes vacuum take-off & idle air control assembly, c/w interfacing pipework for cold start engine idle control & brake boost assit.
• Engine Oil breather system - Includes all filters and interfacing components required.

To be used when converting a G-Model 911 or a 964/993 engine to a turbocharged/supercharged engine with a 964 induction based Drive by Wire set-up

Conversion kit to a Porsche 964 based intake system to become a DBW (Drive by wire) intake based 74mm original Bosch throttle body (Sometimes referred to as 76mm) specifically executed all in CNC milled billet aluminum.

This is sold either with the intention to convert a Porsche 964/993 engine or to adapt and convert a 964 intake onto a G-model car when turbocharging (That sounds fun!).

Kit includes:

  • Throttle body runner for 74mm throttle body in aluminum 
  • Vacuum port on throttle body runner
  • Original Bosch electronic throttle body
  • Original Bosch MAP-T-sensor
  • Connecting pipe out of aluminum replacing the resonance tube

Intake runners for the Porsche 911 G-model (2-bolt) or 964/993 (3-bolt) engine are made out of billet aluminium, 3D milled in a 5-axis machine. The port diameter indicated in the options is the diameter of the port in the cylinder head. 

The following parts are to be reused from your original 964 intake:
Rubber boots and clamps
The plenums (inlet manifolds)

The intake also exists in two versions - This is the premium version where the throttle body runner is milled out of a billet in aluminum. This is the pinnacle of craftmanship giving a very solid feel to the intake at a natural premium. Both options have the same performance and the same durability with the difference being the look and feel of a 5-axis machined piece as the very first thing you lay your eyes on when you open the engine decklid!

For both options the lower resonance tube is made from our usual modified PA12 in black.

The following parts will be reused from the 964 intake:

  • Rubber boots and clamps
  • Vacuum reservoir
  • The aluminium or plastic plenums
  • Resonance flap, actuator and shaft
