Redesigned the factory shift arrester with a different profile to allow 2nd gear to engage all the way every time. This will help keep 2nd gear pop outs from occurring without shimming or machining of the gears or changing the detent roller - provided your 2nd gear synchro teeth and shift sleeve are in good condition.

Introducing our newest side cover for Porsche Boxster and Cayman 987 6 speed transmissions. Machined in house from 6061 T6 Aluminium.

Fits all models 2005 on* G87.20, G87.21, G87.10

*Let us know which differential you are using. We may have to modify the supplied bearing.

Our aluminum side cover fits much more precisely and will not "float" - causing gear misalignment - like the factory cast ones do.
Also incorporated is a differential bearing oiling provision.

It's not uncommon for the original thrust washer on the main shaft between 3rd and 6th gear to fail causing serious damage inside your transmission. We now offer a stronger billet thrust washer with specially designed oil grooves which promotes lubrication to 3rd and 6th gear needle cage bearings.
