992 Turbo S Cabriolet 3.8L

The 992 Porsche 911 turbo S Cabriolet is an impressive powerhouse. It features a 3.8ltr boxer six engine with two variable turbine geometry (VTG) turbochargers, producing 640hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. This engine powers all four wheels through a new 8-speed PDK transmission with manual mode, enabling the car to reach 60 mph in just 2.7 seconds.

Standard features include carbon ceramic brakes and center-lock wheels. Optional upgrades include the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) sport suspension and a sport exhaust package.

The Turbo S achieves 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds, surpassing the previous generation 700 hp 911 GT2 RS, which did it in 2.8 seconds. New air intakes in the rear lid grille enhance cooling and power development. The turbocharger wheels spin in opposite directions for balance, and the larger turbine and compressor wheels optimize performance. An active front splitter and rear wing provide additional downforce. In a straight line, the 992 Turbo S Cabriolet is formidable, with a quarter-mile time of 10.6 seconds. The car combines hypercar speeds with GT comfort, making overtaking effortless.

The 992 turbo S Cabriolet is an all-rounder with all-wheel drive, a luxurious interior, excellent dynamics, and a convertible top. It's accessible for everyday driving while offering hypercar performance. New factory options include PASM sport suspension and a sport exhaust. Standard equipment includes Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control, rear-axle steering, and ceramic composite brakes with 10-piston front calipers and 420mm front rotors.

The 2022 model also features an upgraded infotainment system with a 10.9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, and, for the first time, Android Auto compatibility.
