Flex in the factory bushing allows significant alignment changes, specifically to toe, under heavy braking and acceleration as these mounts are responsible for controlling vertical movement of the front control arm. These mounts will locate the front end much better under the sustained loads often experienced on track and in the rigors of everyday driving.
