新款 991 Carrera 可以说是近年来斯图加特推出的最性感的保时捷之一。但与大多数 Carrera 一样，其动力输出受到控制，以满足大众而非保时捷驾驶爱好者的“性能目标”。IPD 旨在满足那些希望将已经令人激动的保时捷驾驶体验提升到更高水平的保时捷车主对性能的渴望。

新款 991 的发动机与之前的 997.2 Carrera 基本没有变化。991 Carrera 继续采用 82 毫米节气门体，就像之前的 Carrera 一样。这意味着没有“Competition Plenum”可用，因为 82 毫米 TB 仍然是保时捷提供的最大 TB。

性能增益仍保持14 马力以上。与大多数 IPD Plenums 一样，大部分功率增益是在最常用和最受喜爱的中档范围内实现的。与其他改装不同，IPD Plenums 可在整个转速范围内提供净功率增益。

Please note: if your car has PADM (Dynamic engine mounts - I140 option code), you can fit these mounts but will need to turn the error code off the log.
