About Reinforcement Bar / Carrier
The Porsche front bumper reinforcement bar, or carrier, is a metal bar that runs along the front of your Porsche . It is designed to provide structural support to the front bumper, and is also known as a “crash bar”. This bar can be made from aluminum or steel, and is also often referred to as a “front bumper reinforcement” or “bumper brace”. The purpose of the bar is to absorb the energy of an impact and disperse it across the front of the vehicle, helping to reduce the amount of damage that could be caused to the bumper and other parts. The bar also helps to keep the bumper in place and prevent it from becoming detached or deformed after a collision.
